Sales Manager – Port Equipment & Marine Machinery

Location: UK (Remote)

Salary: up to £70,000 + Bonus + Company Benefits

NEOS Engineering are recruiting for a Business Development / Sales Manager to join a global OEM that continues to expand its presence within the UK marine and port equipment sector. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take ownership of a growing territory, developing new business while supporting existing customers across the UK and, where required, Europe.

If you have a strong background selling heavy equipment into ports, terminals, logistics or marine industries and enjoy building long-term customer relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity.

The Role

As Business Development / Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts and promoting a portfolio of market-leading port handling and marine equipment. You'll work closely with customers throughout the sales process while collaborating with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to delivery and aftersales support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
