Responsibilities
- Galvanising the practice to collaborate seamlessly and execute unified go-to-market strategies.
- Leading an established intermediary’s programme.
- Identifying internal cross-selling opportunities.
- Elevating external market presence through targeted campaigns and high-profile directory submissions.
- Managing a shared Business Development Executive.
- Overseeing budget allocation.
- Spearheading both formal and informal pitch processes.
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders, including the Head of Department and the wider marketing executive, to align practice goals with firm-wide strategic objectives.

Requirements
- At least seven years of professional services experience within a partnership structure, ideally with deep knowledge of the Private Client and Tax sector.
- Proven line management capability.
- A track record of delivering complex projects from conception to completion.
- An influential, strategic thinker who commands immediate credibility with senior stakeholders and remains calm under pressure.
- Advanced proficiency in project management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Practical experience with CRM systems.
