We're hiring a driven Business Development Manager to join our client, a growing technology business, helping estate agents and property professionals adopt innovative solutions that improve compliance, streamline onboarding and drive efficiency.
This is a fully remote role offering the opportunity to own the full sales cycle, build lasting client relationships, and play a key role in the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, generate and convert new business opportunities across the estate agency and wider property sector.
- Develop and nurture a healthy pipeline through networking, prospecting and relationship building.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through to close, working closely with Customer Success to ensure long-term client value.
- Build trusted, consultative relationships that encourage platform adoption, repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, product and operational teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
- Share market insight, customer feedback and emerging trends to help shape future product development and commercial strategy.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales activity, pipeline and performance.
- Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities, acting as a brand ambassador within the property industry.

The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in business development, account management or consultative B2B sales.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the confidence to generate your own pipeline.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
- Experience within property technology, estate agency, SaaS or compliance solutions would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
