⭐ Part Time Business Development Lead - £30k (£50k FTE)
About the Company
An established, strategically focused creative agency is seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to help drive its next phase of growth. Specialising in high-growth sectors including energy, and clean-tech, this agency has built an impressive reputation for delivering brand strategy, creative campaigns, and long-term client partnerships across UK and international markets.
Following a period of sustained success, the business is now investing in a senior commercial hire who can identify, nurture, and convert high-value opportunities while helping shape future growth strategy. This is not a high-volume sales role. It’s a consultative, relationship-led opportunity suited to someone who enjoys intelligent commercial conversations, strategic networking, and creating long-term value.
Description
As Business Development Lead, you will act as the bridge between the agency and its future clients - bringing commercial awareness, credibility, and curiosity to every interaction. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will help build pipeline momentum, open strategic conversations, and influence go-to-market activity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
