Over the last year, our amazing team has driven significant growth across the business, and we are excited to continue building on that success as we expand further throughout our various regions across the UK.
We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone already working within the industry who is passionate about building relationships, developing new business, and growing alongside an ambitious and forward-thinking company.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the company within their region.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage and grow existing accounts
- Represent the business professionally within your region
- Work closely with the wider team to support company growth
- Deliver a high level of customer service and industry knowledge
Requirements
- Previous experience within the industry is essential
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Professional and organised approach
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
