Business Development Manager
Role in a Top International Law Firm
Location: London (hybrid working)
In a top international law firm seeking to strengthen its Real Estate group alongside supporting Corporate Support areas (Employment, Tax, and Pensions), we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to lead marketing, strategy, and relationship-building efforts across the firm.
About the Role
This position offers the chance to work with dynamic partners, driving strategic and innovative business development initiatives while delivering tactical support to key teams. The role focuses on refining firm-wide outreach, enhancing brand visibility, and playing a central part in major initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute business development and marketing strategies for the Real Estate group
- Develop and implement market-raising initiatives, including thought leadership pieces and podcasts
- Monitor market trends and opportunities, translating insights into actionable plans
- Provide strategic advisory support to partners on refining their targeting and profile-raising efforts
- Lead firm engagement at industry-leading events, such as MIPIM
- Contribute to firm-wide projects, ensuring alignment with business development goals

Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Business Development Executive or Business Development Manager seeking the next step
- Proven experience in either a major law firm or accountancy organisation
- Evilensive of real estate isn’t essential, but we require a curiosity to learn and expand knowledge within the sector is required
