Business Development Manager
RICS Property Valuations - London
FINVISE delivers RICS valuations in hours, not days.
We're a new-generation property valuation firm powered by proprietary technology, ISO 27001- and 42001-certified. Our core focus is fast, reliable valuations for mortgage lenders, particularly in short-term and bridging finance. Adjacent verticals - local authority accounting valuations and insurance reinstatement valuations - are emerging opportunities we're exploring.
Named lender clients are live, the technology works, and the model is proven. What we need now is a commercial lead to turn warm relationships into a steady, growing book. You’ll have real influence and the chance to shape your own role: no big-company red tape, no waiting years for your ideas to matter.
The Role
A front-line growth role reporting directly to the CEO. You will own our lender go-to-market and drive the pipeline of valuation instructions.
You will:
- Win new business with mortgage lenders, especially in short-term and bridging finance, securing panel appointments and instructions
- Grow your network of lender contacts and deepen relationships across the bridging and specialist lending market
- Own the full sales cycle: outreach, demos, proposals, follow-up, close
- Act as a trusted adviser to existing accounts, growing and retaining revenue
- Partner with the founding team and wider business to shape and execute our go-to-market strategy - across online channels (webinars, digital marketing, content) and offline (organising and hosting launch events, attending conferences, industry networking). Please note that some ad-hoc travel will be required.
- Set targets, hit them, and keep the pipeline clean with regular reporting
- Feed market insight and competitive intelligence back into pricing, product and go-to-market
- Work closely with the valuation team to ensure smooth client onboarding

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
