The role

We’re looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager to identify and secure new, industry‑specific business opportunities with an annual spend of £150k+. You’ll play a key role in driving growth by building strong customer relationships, developing market strategies, and securing high‑value logistics partnerships.

This is a strategic, commercially focused role, working closely with internal teams to deliver sustainable business growth.

CitySprint is on a fast track to becoming the UK’s leading courier services provider, already dominating the same‑day delivery market. What we do matters — from everyday deliveries to time‑critical services — and this role directly supports the growth of our customer base and service offering.

As part of the DPD and wider Geopost group, we combine the scale and stability of a global network with CitySprint’s fast‑moving, entrepreneurial culture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
