About the Role
We’re looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead the UK expansion of our smart electrical product range (Smart MCB / RCBO / energy solutions). This is a rare opportunity to build a new category from the ground up in a traditional industry undergoing rapid transformation. If you enjoy opening new markets, building partnerships, and making a real commercial impact — this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive new business across the UK electrical market
- Build relationships with wholesalers, installers, and contractors
- Develop and manage distribution partners
- Identify and close key projects (residential, commercial, energy solutions)
- Work closely with internal teams on product positioning and GTM strategy
- Represent the brand at industry events and customer meetings

What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience in:
- Electrical products (MCB / RCBO / distribution systems),
- or Smart home / energy / EV / solar sectors
- Strong network within UK electrical wholesalers or contractor ecosystem
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable building from scratch
- Excellent communication and commercial skills
