Ideally you would have experience in Software Sales, but we would consider applicants who have a successful background in sales/ account management. About ORCA We are ORCA Service Technologies: We are not your regular software firm. Our mission is to transform Facility Services with intuitive, data-driven software that delivers lasting value. ORCA software is already loved by customers in the UK, EMEA and APAC. ORCA is scaling up rapidly in 2025 by selling our modular business software into businesses around the UK, EU and USA. Key Responsibilities: Identify and Target Prospects: Leverage industry knowledge, market research, and lead generation tools to identify high-potential clients in the Facilities Management and Services industries across the UK, EU, and USA. Build Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, facilities managers, and procurement teams, to understand their business challenges and objectives. Present Solutions: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations that showcase the value of ORCA’s modular business software, tailored to the specific needs of each prospect. Close Deals: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring revenue targets and sales KPIs are consistently met or exceeded. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align sales strategies, provide feedback on market trends, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. Attend Industry Events: Represent ORCA at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads. Maintain CRM Records: Use CRM software to track sales activities, update pipelines, and provide accurate forecasts and performance reports to the Sales Manager. We obviously use ORCA's CRM Module to do this 🚀! Stay Informed: Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in facility management technology to position ORCA as a market leader. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales success – ideally in B2B software, within the Facilities Management or Services sector. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively. Results-Oriented: A driven individual with a track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a high-volume pipeline effectively. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, sales enablement platforms, and conducting virtual presentations. Team Player: Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Self-Starter: Proactive and able to thrive in a remote or hybrid working environment.
