Business Development Manager – Sports Nutrition Brand
Business Development Manager – Sports Nutrition Brand South England
£35,000 - £40,000 Uncapped commission £6,000 car allowance 20 days holiday
Who are they
An established European player in advanced nutrition, known for combining research-led product development with high manufacturing standards. The UK business is in growth mode, with fresh investment and a clear ambition to expand its market share. It’s a chance to join at a meaningful point and play a visible role in scaling the brand nationally.
A role with real autonomy and a clear route to impact. You’ll take ownership of a UK territory, shaping how a well-established nutrition brand shows up across gyms, specialist retailers and ecommerce. The structure is there, the product is proven, but the growth story is still being written. That’s where you come in.
There’s proper backing too. Investment in product, marketing and infrastructure means you’re not fighting for scraps or building from nothing. You’ll have the tools and support to win new business and grow accounts properly, not just chase short-term wins.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
