Business Development Manager

Hospitality Tech | Remote First in London with in-person demos | £42k-£45k Base + Uncapped Commission

Do you love hospitality?

And I don't just mean enjoying a good meal out.

Maybe you've worked in restaurants before. Maybe you've built a food-focused social media following. Maybe you've spent years around the industry and genuinely understand what great hospitality feels like.

If you can confidently tell me what hospitality means to you, keep reading 👇

I'm partnering with one of the most exciting hospitality technology businesses in the UK right now as they continue to scale their commercial team.

What really stood out to me about this business is that they don't see themselves as a hospitality tech company.

They see themselves as a company using technology to support hospitality.

That passion shines through everything they do — from the products they build to the people they hire.

They're looking for people who genuinely care about the industry they're selling into.

Following significant growth and customer demand, the business has continued investing heavily in its product, bringing more developers in-house and expanding its offering.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
