Business Development Manager Titan Wealth Planning (TWP)

About Titan Wealth

The Titan Group delivers a comprehensive range of wealth management services, spanning financial planning, investment management, platform, trading, settlement, and custody solutions. We specialise in modular, adaptive services that allow clients to evolve their business models at their own pace—often achieved through strategic acquisitions of UK-based asset managers and wealth-related businesses.

Titan Wealth is in a rapid phase of growth, combining the agility of a startup with the stability of private equity backing. It’s an exciting time to contribute to our ambition!

About the Role: Business Development Manager

Reporting to the Sales Director, this key account-facing position focuses on driving sustainable growth across Private Client and Corporate markets. You will own pipeline generation, nurture strategic relationships, and implement multi-channel acquisition strategies.

This is a hybrid role: you’ll channel billing-led relationship-building (events, partnerships, networking) with performance-driven digital lead generation to deliver measurable pipeline growth. Think lead qualification, strategic introducer networks, and converting opportunities into bookings for the TWP Advice Team.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Planning

  • Develop and execute business plans aligned with team objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales Director and internal stakeholders to deliver revenue growth.
  • Support the transition of leads into sales conversions.

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify opportunities across Private Client and Corporate segments.
  • Engage in capability-building sessions with prospects, arranging demos for Financial Planners and Corporate Advisers.
  • Plan and leverage events/sponsorship activations to generate high-quality leads and brand recognition.
  • Work with Marketing to supplement digital lead acquisition (campaigns, email nurture, content).
  • Build and sustain relationships with introducers (AFAs/RFAs), Chartered Accountants, Payslip partners, and Employer-led platforms to ensure a steady pipeline.
  • Negotiate strategic partnerships expanding geographical reach or client profiles.
  • Act as client-facing ambassador, representing the business credibly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
