Business Development Manager – South UK Territory
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to take ownership of the South UK territory. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals and customers across the region. You will play a key role in expanding market presence by delivering innovative solutions, providing product expertise, and consistently achieving territory sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed territory sales objectives, goals, and targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and expand market opportunities within the South UK territory.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business leads and sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Educate customers on products, services, and solutions to support their clinical and operational needs.
- Deliver product demonstrations, training, and presentations where required.
- Represent the company professionally and act as a trusted partner to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and required documentation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of sales or business development experience.
- 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
- Experience within medical devices, healthcare, orthopedics, or a related industry is advantageous.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver measurable results.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage a territory independently.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
- Willingness to travel throughout the South UK territory as required.
