Job Title: Business Development Manager (Telecom/Civils – Fixed/Mobile Network)
Location: Hybrid / Remote - UK
Salary: Negotiable
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities, building new clients, maintaining relationships, and expanding the company's reach.
- Develop and implement a business development strategy for the UK telecom infrastructure market.
- Generate new business opportunities with Tier 1 telecom companies, principal contractors, and network operators.
- Identify and pursue opportunities in Fibre deployment, 5G/mobile network installations, and telecom civils.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial agreements, and support tender submissions.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients & key decision-makers across the industry.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven business development experience within the UK telecom infrastructure sector.
- An established network of contacts with Tier 1 telecom contractors, network operators, and major infrastructure clients.
- Strong knowledge of fibre, telecom civils, mobile infrastructure, UG and OG network construction.
- A successful track record of winning new business and securing framework agreements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify profitable opportunities.
- A self-motivated, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
