Business Development Manager - Digital Marketing Solutions
Location: UK (Remote with occasional travel to head office) Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + OTE £65,000+

This business has a mature yet fast-scaling environment with 25+ years of history and a 500,000+ international audience. Recently backed by private equity, expansion of the commercial team is ongoing.

The Role
A new position: a Business Development Manager focused on selling digital marketing solutions to international clients.
- Focus Areas:
- 80% new business / 20% Account development
- Full sales cycle ownership
- Discovery, solution design, and closing — entire process in control
- Typical deal size: £25,000–£100,000+
- Target Customer Base: Global, with 60% in the US and 30% in Europe
- Sales Approach: Multi-channel, consultative, solution-led
- Support: Collaborates closely with internal delivery/CX teams
- Autonomous Linked Role: Your own pipeline and strategy trusted to deliver results
The Candidate: Key Requirements
We seek ambitious, structured sales professionals thriving in a consultative-led, value-centric environment.
- 4+ years in B2B sales (preference for digital marketing, SaaS, media, or life sciences services)
- Strong new business provenance (proven track record in generating clients/income)
- Formal sales training a vantageous bonus
- Comfortable with autonomy on a remote model
- Confident in:
- Challenging clients to push credibility
- Applying consultative, process-led sales methods

The Package
- Base Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
- OTE: LEFT UNCAPED (£65,000+) — quarterly paid
