New Business Development Manager UK/Remote - £60k + Uncapped OTE
Do you love the chase more than the maintenance? We're recruiting on behalf of a client - a multi-award-winning global events agency for a Business Development Manager whose only job is new business. No accounts to manage, no admin dragging you away from the pipeline. Just hunting.
Our client works with some of the world's biggest brands, holds Certified B Corp and EcoVadis Gold status, and has picked up Global Agency of the Year more than once, plus a King's Award for Enterprise. They span B2B events, B2C experiential, sustainability consultancy and healthcare - real breadth, real ambition, and a growth team that's currently investing hard.

You'll report into a well-respected Head of Growth who's building this function properly this time round, with a clear brief: find someone who wants to prospect, pitch and close, not babysit existing clients.
What The Role Involves
- Running the full new-business cycle, prospecting through to close, across global markets
- Building a healthy, high-margin pipeline and keeping it accurate in HubSpot
- Leading pitches and negotiating deals with enterprise-level brands
- Getting out to industry events and building your network
- Hitting a clear revenue target, with commission that's genuinely uncapped

What you'll need:
- At least 5 years selling event production or similar into enterprise brands
- A proven record of closing, not just pipeline-building
- Strong leadership instincts and sharp commercial thinking
- Willingness to travel across the UK, with occasional international trips
