About FLÆ Robotics
We’re building the first AI receptionist for hotels. Already operating in live UK hotels with our first clients on board, our AI assistant transforms how guests interact with the front desk. The foundation is set, now we need someone exceptional to accelerate our UK growth.
The Role
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to take our UK presence to the next level. We’re already live with clients – you won’t be starting from zero. You’ll be building on real traction, expanding our hotel portfolio, and turning early proof points into a strong UK pipeline. If you know the UK hospitality market and have a hunter’s instinct for growth, this is your moment.
📍 Ideally based in or near London – our HQ is in Prague, so this role works remotely day-to-day.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
