We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients across the UK, developing strong relationships and identifying opportunities to deliver a range of financial services solutions. This is a client-facing role that combines business development, account management, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, a proactive approach to sales, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and close sales opportunities for foreign exchange products and international payment services.
  • Develop strategies for building relationships with corporate clients.
  • Close sales by explaining product and service capabilities, and overcoming objections.
  • Advise clients on market developments and new financial ventures by referring to technical analysis reports, daily figures, and other means of research.
  • Retain existing clients by enhancing our services and resolving customer queries.
  • Activate existing clients to start their trade and FX transactions.
  • Ensure the successful onboarding of all new clients introduced by yourself to the company.
  • Build and maintain strategic business relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Design and tailor FX products/risk management products.
  • Keep up to date with new FX products and current market knowledge.
  • Monitor your sales performance to agreed KPIs.
  • Pipeline sales management.
  • Assist more junior members of the team as required.

  • Previous experience of Sales within the financial services sector.
  • Demonstrable experience of working towards targets.
  • Relationship building across various levels.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients.

  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams; collaborate with compliance, legal, and finance to ensure efficient and compliant strategy execution.
