Help Keep the Wind Turning
At Full Circle, we’re not just maintaining wind turbines—we’re helping power the transition to a more sustainable future.
As one of Europe’s leading independent wind turbine service providers, we’re growing our presence across the UK and Ireland and we’re looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Business Development Manager to join the journey.
If you’re passionate about renewable energy, enjoy building long-term customer relationships, and thrive on turning opportunities into successful partnerships, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
As Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across the UK and Irish wind energy markets. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing strategic customer relationships, and positioning Full Circle as the service partner of choice for wind farm owners and operators.
Key Responsibilities

- Promote Full Circle’s wide range of services, including:
- Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
- Blade inspections and repairs
- Major component replacement

- Technical support services
- Lead commercial discussions, tender submissions, contract negotiations, and framework agreement opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for contract extensions and service expansion.
- Work closely with the Head of Business Development UK&I to develop and implement market growth strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for sales enquiries and commercial opportunities.
- Prepare commercial proposals, tender responses, and pricing calculations.
- Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines and customer information within our CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify future growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with operational, engineering, and commercial teams to develop winning solutions for customers.
- Represent Full Circle at industry events, exhibitions, trade associations, and networking opportunities.
- Support the growth of complementary service offerings, including HV services, statutory inspections, life extension projects, and blade services.
- Champion our commitment to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) across all activities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
