Role Description
This role will take full ownership of Luxpower’s UK & Ireland market development, including channel strategy, partner relationship building, and market positioning. The candidate is expected to not only drive business growth, but also shape the company’s long-term presence in the area by bridging market insights with internal strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Market Ownership & Strategy
- Take ownership of the UK & Ireland market development strategy, including channel structure, pricing logic, and partner segmentation.
- Define and execute go-to-market plans aligned with company objectives.
- Act as the key voice of the UK & Ireland market internally.

Market Development & Channel Expansion
- Identify, approach, and onboard new distribution partners.
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, EPCs, and installers.

Key Account Management
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with key distributors, driving sales growth and increasing market share.
- Negotiate commercial terms and long-term cooperation agreements.

Market Insight & Product Feedback
- Collect market feedback from distributors and installers.
- Leverage market insights to influence product positioning, pricing strategy, and competitive differentiation in the market.

Requirements
- 5+ years experience in solar PV, energy storage, or related renewable energy industry.
- Proven experience in building or scaling a brand/channel in the renewable energy market.
- Strong network with distributors, installers, or EPCs.
- Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
Preferred
- Experience with inverter or energy storage product.
- Proven experience in building or scaling a distribution network in renewable energy market.
- Technical understanding of PV and storage system.
