About the Role We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Consultant with a strong track record in the UK construction / plumbing / piping / building materials sector, to lead our market entry and drive revenue growth. This is a high-autonomy role suited for experienced professionals with an existing network and entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities Develop and grow B2B customer base in the UK (distributors, wholesalers, contractors, developers) Leverage your existing industry network to generate leads and close deals Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing Build sustainable relationships and repeat business pipeline Provide market insights and support UK go-to-market strategy

Requirements Proven B2B sales record in PVC / pipes & fittings / construction materials Strong UK industry network (trade distributors /contractors) Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment Experience working independently or as a sales consultant preferred Strong commercial and negotiation skills

Compensation & Benefits Monthly service fee: depending on experience and network Commission: 1% – 3% of invoice value (uncapped) Performance-based accelerators for new business and high revenue Full flexibility and autonomy in managing your sales activity Opportunity to build and lead a new UK market for an international brand Long-term partnership with recurring income potential
