🎯 Your Role: Business Development Manager
You’ll lead the charge on new client acquisition, identifying and engaging mid-market and enterprise accounts across key sectors, and positioning high-value IT and digital solutions that solve real-world challenges.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive new business growth across target sectors through proactive outreach and consultative selling
- Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, IT Directors, and business leaders)
- Work closely with technical pre-sales and delivery teams to shape compelling value propositions
- Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies and commercial development as the business scales
🔍 What You Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in IT services, managed services, or technology consulting sales
- Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding targets
- Confident operating within complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, software development, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions
- A self-starter mindset – resilient, commercially astute, and motivated by growth
