Job Title: Business Development Manager (US, East Coast)
About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B technology sales to help grow our AI solutions business throughout the US, East Coast. You will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue by delivering innovative AI solutions to enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop relationships with enterprise decision-makers.
- Present and sell AI solutions including Automation, RAG, AI Chatbots, AI Agents, AI Data Fabric Layer, and API Integrations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored client solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Enterprise B2B Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience selling SaaS, AI, cloud, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, APIs, and digital transformation is preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Remote based role, but must be willing and able to attend frequent face to face client meetings.
