Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow the US Equities market in English Region.
  • Identify and onboard KOLs, trading communities, affiliates, and partners to drive user acquisition and trading volume.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local trading groups and key opinion leaders.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams to execute regional campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve business targets including user growth, trading volume, and partner acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 2+ years of Business Development, Partnership, or Sales experience.
  • Experience in cryptocurrency exchanges, securities brokerages, Forex, CFD, or financial trading platforms is preferred.
  • Existing network of KOLs, trading communities, or partners in the English region is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Fluent in local languages & English.
