Job Description
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Develop and manage an active sales pipeline, identifying, progressing, and securing new opportunities
- Collaborate closely with product and pricing teams to create competitive value propositions
- Independently manage customer appointments and on-site visits
- Maintain all appointments and opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring high data quality and adherence to sales KPIs
- Prepare and share detailed customer visit reports internally
- Follow customer onboarding processes and support the creation of SOPs to ensure operational excellence
- Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder networks
- Attend UK sales and other internal meetings as required
- Participate in weekly meetings with the Commercial Manager (via Teams or face-to-face)
Candidate's Profile

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a commercial sales role
- Strong commercial awareness of customers and industries within Air & Ocean Freight
- Proven experience in Air & Ocean sales and operations
- Ability to develop value-adding customer solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience preparing client proposals and quotations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
