Role Description

The Business Development Manager is a full-time role. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and expanding The Ultra Tech’s market presence across technology and digital marketing services. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and technical teams to refine service offerings, align sales strategies with market needs, and ensure successful handoff from sales to delivery. The Business Development Manager will track sales performance, provide regular pipeline and forecast reports, and contribute to strategic planning for revenue growth.

  • Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing.
  • Experience in technology and digital marketing services, with the ability to understand and explain solutions such as web development, software, AI tools, and SEO.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
  • Relationship-building and account management capabilities, including maintaining long-term client partnerships.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and shape go-to-market strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic sales reporting tools to track activities and performance.
  • Ability to work on-site in Harlington, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or business development within tech or digital marketing industries is highly beneficial.
