WE'RE HIRING: Business Development Manager (UK South)
Are you an experienced B2B field sales professional looking for your next career step?
Cornish Lime is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our business growth across the South of the UK. We are a leading UK distributor of traditional and innovative lime-based building materials, serving both historic restoration and modern construction markets.

The Role
- Drive revenue growth and contribute directly to our strategic expansion.
- Manage & Grow: Increase revenues with our existing trade distributors.
- New Business: Identify, establish, and convert new opportunities with independent merchants.
- Field-Based: Travel across the UK South region to build strong, lasting relationships.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven B2B field-based sales success.
- Skills: Excellent organisational skills and outstanding communication at all levels.
- Drive: Highly motivated, self-starting attitude.
- Bonus: Background in construction or building supplies is advantageous (but not essential).
