📍 Location: Swanley, Kent 💰 Salary: £40,000 Basic + KPI Bonus (OTE circa £45,000)

The Opportunity
You’ll be responsible for:
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Engaging decision-makers and understanding their needs
- Converting prospects into active trading customers
- Nurturing these new customers through their first four purchases before transitioning them to the sales team for long-term relationship management

Key Responsibilities
- Generating new business through high-volume outbound prospecting
- Identifying potential customers and accessing business opportunities
- Building trust quickly and developing strong commercial relationships
- Creating value-driven solutions to address customer challenges
- Managing the onboarding journey and securing the first four orders per customer
- Re-engaging lapsed customers and winning back lost spend
- Updating CRM records accurately and tracking daily progress against KPIs
- Optimising workloads to maximise selling time and efficiency
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about winning new business
- Displays resilience, determination, and a driven attitude toward targets
- Is comfortable with making a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Demonstrates confidence in communication, capable of building rapport quickly
- Exhibits strong commercial instincts, with excellent questioning and listening skills
- Is organised, disciplined, and skilled in pipeline management
- Maintains a positive, energetic mindset and strives for continuous improvement

What We Offer
