We're delighted to be working exclusively with an innovative global publishing services business that partners with some of the world's leading education, ELT, and learning organisations.

As the business continues to grow its Learning division, we're looking for a commercially minded Business Development Manager to help drive the next phase of expansion across international markets. This is a full-time, remote role, where the person can be based in the UK, Middle East, US or Australia - the individual will need to be comfortable working internationally and flexing around different time zones when required.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves opening doors, building relationships and spotting opportunities. You'll inherit a number of active conversations and warm opportunities, while also creating your own pipeline through networking, outreach, events and market engagement.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities across the global educational publishing and ELT landscape, supporting organisations with a broad range of content, learning and production services. You'll play a key role in growing new client partnerships, helping shape commercial strategy and representing the business at industry events across the education and learning sector.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
