We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Marketing and Business Development Manager to join their London office.
The Marketing and BD Manager will work collaboratively and act as a main point of contact across their Corporate, Litigation and Project Finance practice groups to deliver top-tier client results.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the drafting and implementation of marketing plans, refining and taking ownership, as necessary.
- Managing targeting lists, compiling data, and running reports.
- Supporting RFP and pitch processes; producing, submitting, and monitoring pitches and pitch documents.
- Drafting and coordinating marketing materials.
- Assisting with internal newsletters, client communications, and marketing and BD correspondence on behalf of partners.
- Working with the PR team to ensure social media is fully leveraged for campaigns, announcements, and client work.
- Managing and organising large-scale events and thought-leadership programmes.
- Writing and managing directory and award submissions.
- Identifying opportunities to maximise ROI and revenues with existing clients and potential new clients.
- Collecting and maintaining data and lists for marketing materials.
- Researching current and prospective clients, competitors, and industry and market trends.
- Collaborating with global marketing and BD teams to ensure success across programmes and campaigns.

Suitable candidates will have gained 7+ years prior Marketing and BD experience, ideally within a law firm. We are seeking applicants with exemplary attention to detail, project management, communication, and organisation skills.
Demonstrated proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is highly desired.
