Global leader in commercial and residential flooring Business Account Manager Scotland £45-52,000 +EV car + 25% bonus · Ideal role for a construction candidate selling an interiors product into specifiers · Managing architects and specifiers throughout Edinburgh and East Scotland · Excellent reputation with architects, main and sub contractors in this area · Strong existing pipeline of projects in this region with great potential to grow · A fantastic earning potential and career path for the right individual · Well established top 4 flooring manufacturer in the UK Business Account Manager THE ROLE: As a sales person within this division of the business, you will manage a variety of customers and stakeholders across Architects, Specifiers, End Users and Main Contractors. You will be selling a very strong European brand of flooring systems. This role will wining and managing specifications with architects and end users, long term project management, a juggling of many hats and working on tenders with main and sub contractor customers. Working as part of a small, close knit and highly successful sales team, you will represent a profitable and forward-thinking manufacturer with over 40 years of legacy in this market. The position will require you to demonstrate your understanding of specifiers and end users, from tender and brief through to managing contractors through the sales cycle. Key to success in this role is a proven track record of consultative sales and strong sales process with effective communication techniques. Candidates from a flooring or interiors based construction background with experience of delivering CPDs and seminars will be highly desirable. THE COMPANY: Established in Switzerland with sites across Europe, the holding company is a global market leader in both luxury and affordable flooring solutions. This division of the company has excellent variety of products and is very well known within healthcare and education sector. The sales person has a focus on winning and managing specifications across the commercial sector. Great focus on sustainability and stability. We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: · 2 years or more working in field sales, with evidence of selling products to architects · Has sold a construction product through specification and understands contractor network · Ability to manage a pipeline of projects and long sales cycle · A consultative, driven and professional salesperson with good attention to detail · Understanding of CPD and architect selling ideally but this is not essential Salary: £45-52,000 basic salary, plus 25% OTE, company EV car, mobile, laptop, 26 days holiday, pension scheme
