Are you a driven, commercially minded sales professional with experience in contract catering, looking to take the next step in your career?
Aramark UK is seeking two proactive Business Development Managers to build our new business pipeline, lead tender processes, and secure high value opportunities across our Government Services sector and Workplace.
These are exciting and fast paced roles within a growing and ambitious team. You’ll play a key part in shaping our sales success, creating new opportunities, leading bids, influencing stakeholders, and winning new contracts that support our long term growth.
These are permanent UK wide full time roles.

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through structured tender and proposal processes
- Build and maintain a strong contract catering pipeline through proactive outreach
- Map target accounts and develop relationships with key decision-makers
- Prioritise high-value opportunities based on revenue potential and strategic fit
- Own the full sales cycle, collaborating with subject matter experts from lead generation through to contract sign-off
- Lead bid and proposal development, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
- Partner with Finance and Operations to develop commercially viable, competitive solutions
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records and ensure governance and compliance throughout the sales process
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience within contract catering — either in business development or an operational/support role
- A strong understanding of managed service sales and long term contract models
- Results-driven with strong commercial awareness
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, resilient, and proactive
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
- Confident influencing a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
