You know how much effort it takes to close a deal. Months of building relationships, finding the right people, earning their trust. And when you finally get that order across the line, you want to know your colleagues will deliver exactly what you promised. At Easilift, you can count on that. Every time.
What you'll make happen Easilift manufactures its own loading solutions. That means bespoke where others offer standard, and a team of engineers who have been with the business for years and know the product inside out. Together, you make sure every customer gets exactly what was agreed.
You'll be well supported from the start. A dedicated colleague handles initial outreach, qualifies leads and books appointments for you. Behind you stands a team that delivers. You connect those two worlds and turn them into business. Together, you're here to make your mark on the market.
Your key responsibilities
- You actively grow the client base with Tier 1 & Tier 2 contractors, architects, developers and quantity surveyors across the Midlands and northwards.
- You translate customer needs into tailored solutions, working closely with the support functions within the business.
- You pick up warm leads from your internal colleague and take them from first conversation to signed order.
- You negotiate contracts and make sure commercial agreements work for both the customer and Easilift.
- You spot opportunities with existing contacts who request quotes but have yet to place an order.
- You represent Easilift at industry events and networking opportunities, building the company's profile in the market.
- You share market developments and competitor insights with the wider team.

Iโm in my final year doing Economics and I donโt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer โ it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโt need a masters. Letโs look at the ones youโd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You've got what it takes You know who you're dealing with before you walk into the room. You approach a quantity surveyor differently to an architect, and a main contractor differently to a developer. You know this sales cycle inside out because you've been doing it for years. You take ownership of your territory and make your own decisions. When a deal takes longer than expected, that drives you to find a smarter way in. Your patience, persistence and ability to build trust are what ultimately bring clients to Easilift.
