If you are a sales professional with a talent for influencing and a hunger for growth, we want to hear from you!
Powerforce is offering you the chance to step into a Business Development Manager role representing Nestlé, one of the world’s most iconic FMCG brands. This isn't just about maintaining a territory; it’s about taking total ownership of the Wholesale channel across Dartford.
Your 2026 Roadmap: What You’ll Be Achieving
As a full-time, permanent Business Development Manager covering Dartford, you are the face of Nestlé within the wholesale environment. Your mission is to ensure that when a customer walks into a depot, Nestlé brands are front, center, and impossible to miss.
- Strategic Partnership: Become a trusted advisor to Depot Managers & Stakeholders. You aren't just a vendor; you are the person they turn to for category growth and promotional planning.
- Data-Driven Growth: Use sophisticated market insights and sales data to identify the white space. You will pitch, negotiate, and close agreements that ensure Nestlé products are always available and highly visible.
- High-Impact Activation: Lead high-energy activation days & trade events. You'll be the driving force behind the New Product Development (NPD) launches, securing secondary displays that stop customers in their tracks.
- The "Gold Standard" Audit: Excellence is in the execution. You will audit compliance, set up best-in-class displays, and use "before and after" reporting to showcase your impact to the wider business leadership.
- Territory Management: Navigate a diverse landscape including Depots, Cash & Carries, Multi-site retailers, and Virtual Warehouses.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
