The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding ClickView's presence in the UK education market. You will have the exciting opportunity to build strong relationships with new and prospective school customers, securing revenue and driving growth across your territory.

The key sales lever is ClickView's rich content library, giving schools access to more than 10,000 curriculum-aligned videos and learning resources. You'll be introducing educators to an innovative and impactful product, demonstrating its value in the classroom and helping schools get the most from their investment.

You will undertake a comprehensive 4-week training and onboarding program, working closely with a dedicated sales coach and buddy. This will equip you with an in-depth knowledge of our product, its use in the classroom, and our sales processes, setting you up for success from day one. You will be supported, trained, and motivated to exceed your targets in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Responsibilities

Form relationships with customers, increasing the awareness and presence of ClickView, and embrace the benefits of video in the classroom Develop a strategy and territory plan to prospect for new business meetings Develop and deliver compelling renewal presentations, and tailor to address the specific needs and challenges of potential customers Prospect calls and other activity in order to be able to establish meaningful contact Build and manage a pipeline that (with forecast data) will result in targets being met or exceeded Identify the correct influencers and decision makers within each opportunity Manage the Salesforce CRM database and keep up to date to provide accurate data and reporting

Requirements

3 years+ sales experience + EdTech experience Target driven individual who is awesome at closing deals whilst also being a genuine team player A self-starter with a track record of successful sales development at multiple levels within an organisation Time and territory management experience A strategic thinker with high energy, who understands the unique needs of educators A data driven mindset and ability to analyse sales metric to reflect on areas for growth and development Must be comfortable with frequent weekly travel, and working remotely
