Business Development Manager
B2B Property | Corporate Accommodation
£50,000- £60,000 + bonus
Help shape the growth of an ambitious business.
I'm recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing business operating within the corporate accommodation and property sector. They're looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager with an established network and a proven ability to win new business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who knows the market, enjoys opening doors and wants to play a key role in the next phase of the company's growth.

The Role
Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing and winning new business opportunities across the UK.
This is a true business development role where you'll have the autonomy to build your pipeline, develop strategic partnerships and help shape the company's commercial growth.

What you'll be doing
- Identifying and securing new corporate clients requiring accommodation solutions across the UK.
- Developing and executing a proactive business development strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Building relationships with decision-makers across HR, procurement, mobility, operations and relocation teams.
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation, contract completion and account handover.
- Leveraging your existing industry network to create new commercial opportunities.
- Generating your own leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, events and targeted outreach.
- Representing the business at exhibitions, conferences and industry networking events.
- Preparing compelling proposals, presentations and commercial agreements.
- Working closely with the marketing and operations teams to maximise new business opportunities.
- Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and reporting activity through the CRM.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.

We're looking for someone who has
- A proven track record in business development within corporate accommodation, serviced apartments, relocation, property, PropTech or a closely related sector.
- An established network of industry contacts and decision-makers.
- A history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Experience negotiating commercial contracts with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
- Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
- Experience managing long sales cycles and complex client relationships.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
