Business Development Manager

B2B Property | Corporate Accommodation
£50,000- £60,000 + bonus

Help shape the growth of an ambitious business.

I'm recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing business operating within the corporate accommodation and property sector. They're looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager with an established network and a proven ability to win new business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who knows the market, enjoys opening doors and wants to play a key role in the next phase of the company's growth.

If you're commercially driven, thrive on building long-term relationships and have a track record of securing new clients, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing and winning new business opportunities across the UK.

This is a true business development role where you'll have the autonomy to build your pipeline, develop strategic partnerships and help shape the company's commercial growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
