Business Development Manager
BDM- Hospitality Channel
Location: South/Midlands

The Role Mission & Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Manager within the Hospitality channel, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and securing profitable new business opportunities, with a particular focus on enterprise-level, multi-site hotel groups. This role requires a commercially astute individual who is confident engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite decision-makers, through a consultative and value-led sales approach.
You will be accountable for building and managing a strong pipeline of opportunities, developing long-term strategic client relationships, delivering against ambitious sales targets, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will champion Entegra's value proposition, uncover opportunities to expand client portfolios, and work collaboratively across the business to deliver sustainable growth. As part of a high-performing sales team, you will play a key role in positioning Entegra as the partner of choice for enterprise hospitality organisations.
Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Sales the role of the BDM for Hospitality will be to deliver measurable growth within this channel. This will be achieved through new client acquisition and supporting our Account Management team through continued proposition development enabling existing account growth.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing profitable new business for a specific channel, within agreed targets, from initial lead or enquiry through to onboarding (management for first 12 weeks from ‘go live’)
- To ensure development of the sales proposition, aligning to the needs of clients within the hospitality sector, specifically hotels
- Ensure you are up to date and aware of legislation, regulations and industry trends specific to clients within the hospitality sector
- To deliver personal new sales budgeted targets contributing the sales teams business targets
- To represent the company at key networking events in line with the ENTEGRA IS Behaviours.
- To support the client service team in the sell to add additional categories to their portfolio.
- To accurately input data into salesforce to represent an accurate picture of the companies sales pipeline and performance.

The Successful Candidate:
The BDM for Hospitality will be commercially astute and able to demonstrate proven success in B2B sales, within the UK hospitality sector. This role requires perseverance, confidence and a hunger for new business. You’ll need to be confident, consultative, and target-driven, and demonstrate a natural flair for building senior stakeholder relationships and securing sustainable new business.
- Experience of working within food and non-food categories in a business development role (minimum of one of those categories)
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of commercial levers and can demonstrate delivery against revenue targets
- Confident and articulate in public speaking.
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally with experience in the hospitality sector, specifically hotels
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Strong presentation and written communication skills (for tenders and bids).
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Experience working within a GPO, procurement, or solutions-based sales environment.
- Established network across hospitality
