Business Development Manager
Location: Marylebone London
Hours: Full time in-office
Salary banding: £40,000 – £45,000
Additional compensation: Target based bonuses

Our teams across London, New York, Rome, and Berlin bring the world’s most exciting brands to life through immersive, experience-led retail.
This role plays an essential part in the Smartech team. We are looking for an experienced Sales & BD expert to help us continue to disrupt the global retail space through our innovative partnerships. This role will manage the most important brand partnerships for Smartech around the world and play a pivotal role in their success.
Objectives of this Role
- Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities globally.
- Drive revenue by seeking partnerships with various direct brands and clients from the tech sector.
- Create and maintain a strong B2B pipeline, ensuring continuous engagement and follow-up.
- Close deals effectively, contributing to the company's revenue generation goals.
- Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective regions.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews to assess progress and strategize improvements.
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
- Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales, operational customer service, and account management.
- Update clients on Smartech stores and developments and educate clients on best practices.

The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study is good to have.
- 2-3 years of business development/partnerships experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
