Our client is a long-established family business dating back to the early 1900s. Specialising in construction industry solutions, they manufacture and distribute:
- Acoustic flooring & wall solutions
- Thermal insulation

- Condensation control
- Roofing & cladding products
- Construction membranes

About the Role
A Business Development Manager is required to expand and manage both established and new business opportunities, covering the Birmingham to London region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs).
- Lead engagement on facade projects, from conception to completion.
- Secure product specifications at the design stage for:
- Construction membranes
- Technical guidance on compliance & performance
- Conduct CPD seminars as required.
- Build, manage, and track project pipelines until final delivery.

Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Technical aptitude: Ability to comprehensively absorb and apply technical details.
- Demonstrated experience in selling through appropriate sales channels.
- Relevant exposure in one of the following sectors:
- Acoustics
- Timber frame construction
- Thermal insulation
- Roofing
- External building envelope solutions
