Looking for an exciting opportunity to build and lead a sales team in UK & Ireland, and become a part of DNA testing industry?
GenePlanet, EU based biotech company, a global leader in the field of preventive genetic tests; specializing in NIPT, cancer screening, and lifestyle DNA tests, is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to develop (and lead) our local operations in the market. With a presence in 45+ markets worldwide and a passionate team of over 150 employees, GenePlanet collaborates with over 2,000 medical centres, doctors, and insurance companies to provide top-quality tests based on the latest scientific discoveries. Our tests are designed to empower individuals to take control of their and their baby's health, as well as assist doctors with therapeutic procedures.
We're seeking a self-driven, energetic, and results-oriented professional to join our team, starting on a project-based cooperation that can lead to a regular position of Country Manager, responsible for developing and leading our local NIPT operations.
You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales, forging strong relationships with clients and exploit new opportunities discovered on the market.

Tasks
- Determine key stakeholders on the NIPT market and prepare a long term business/sales strategy
- Build a network of Key Opinion Leaders and distribution channels
- Be actively involved in the sales process and lead the team of sales representatives
- Promote the company’s products/services
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Requirements
Your skills:
- Sales driven and goal-oriented person
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- A solid background in sales representation, with a proven ability to deliver results.
- In-depth knowledge of the local healthcare industry, particularly in the private sector.
- Proven leadership skills, ability to work in a team, yet be able to act independently with key market stakeholders
- Build and expand a network of medical centers, clinics, gynecologists, oncologists, and medical laboratories to promote and sell GenePlanet’s genetic testing products (NIPT, Cancer Screen, etc.)
- Deliver training sessions and educational events to ensure external partners are well informed about GenePlanet’s products and services—particularly in gynecology, obstetrics, IVF, and oncology
- Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and proactively identify new business opportunities in the market
- Please note that this position requires a fieldwork and occasional travel to surrounding regions to effectively engage with medical professionals and partners
- Proficiency in English is a must, any additional language is a plus

You would have an advantage with:
- Medical education (biotechnology, biology, medicine, biochemistry, or microbiology) and/or work experience in the field of gynecology and obstetrics
- Knowledge of the local NIPT market and products
- Experience in working in the field of gynaecology
