Business Development Managers – AI-Powered Security Testing
Salary – Strong base salary + commission + equity

Are you a driven sales professional who wants to sell something genuinely different in cybersecurity? We're looking for several ambitious Business Development Managers to help scale one of the most innovative names in application security testing.
About the Opportunity
Our client, a fast-growing AI-powered security testing platform, is looking for a driven Business Development Managers to help scale their presence in the AppSec market. Their platform moves organisations away from once-a-year pentests towards continuous, AI-driven security testing, flagging risky code changes in real time and triggering the right test instantly.
This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of growth, driving new business and helping security and engineering leaders around the world move from point-in-time assurance to truly continuous testing. You will be joining a sales environment designed to help you sell. They are investing heavily in campaigns, SDR activity, events, data and AI tools so that its Business Development Managers can focus on understanding customers, progressing opportunities and closing business.

Role Duties
- Drive new business development across mid-market and enterprise organisations.
- Build and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed revenue targets.
- Grow and manage a strong pipeline through networking, outreach, and industry events.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, buyer needs, and competitor activity in the Application Security space.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with MSSPs and pentest firms looking to white-label continuous testing.
- Work closely with marketing to develop compelling campaigns and sales collateral.
- Represent the business at UK and international events.

Required Skills
- Proven track record selling cybersecurity, SaaS, or dev-tooling solutions, ideally with a consultative, technical sales approach.
- Strong understanding of the application security landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including translating technical concepts for CISOs, security engineers, and developer audiences.
- A relationship-builder who drives loyalty and long-term client partnerships.
- Self-starter mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Comfortable selling into both security and engineering stakeholders.
