About Us:
Founded in 2010, Calba is a forward-thinking professional services firm that enables organisations to deliver better outcomes by transforming how they work. We do this through agile coaching, training, and delivery services. Our clients include UK public sector organisations, global corporates and SMEs.
We truly care about our clients, the people we collaborate with, and our team - Clan Calba.
Job Role:
This is not a pure sales role nor a pure marketing role, you have skills in both camps. We need someone to own and execute the continuous activity of turning our network and outreach into conversations and meetings with our experts, leading to new business opportunities.
You will be comfortable reaching out to prospects from our CRM via email and phone. You have experience in creating engaging content for LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns, executing such campaigns, and proactively following up.
This role will directly support Calba's revenue growth ambitions by building a reliable pipeline and keeping Calba visible through consistent and engaging marketing content.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation and make a difference.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
