A leading boutique law firm is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Executive to join their team in London.

You will support the firm's growth strategy, client relationships, and market profile. This role will work closely with Partners and the wider Business Services team across a broad range of marketing, business development, and communications activities.
The Role
- Managing legal directory submissions including Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, and other recognised rankings
- Coordinating with Partners and Fee Earners to gather matter highlights, feedback, and referee information
- Supporting CRM initiatives, maintaining accurate client data, and identifying business opportunities
- Conducting market research and supporting targeted BD campaigns
- Organising client events, meetings, and networking initiatives
- Creating and maintaining pitch documents, proposals, and BD materials
- Supporting cross-practice business development activity
- Managing BD content and resources across internal platforms
- Supporting the rollout and optimisation of CRM systems
- Assisting with wider marketing communications and profile-raising initiatives

Requirements
- Experience in a Business Development and/or Marketing role within professional services is desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Experience supporting events, campaigns, or client engagement activity
- Ability to research markets, identify opportunities, and generate ideas
- Confident managing multiple deadlines and priorities
- Strong IT skills, with knowledge of standard business applications; familiarity with CRM systems and AI tools would be advantageous
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with Partners and internal stakeholders
