A leading law firm is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Executive to join its Leicester, Leicestershire office.

This role will support Partners and Fee Earners with business development activity, marketing initiatives and client engagement opportunities, helping to grow relationships and generate new business.
The Role
You will play a key role in delivering BD and marketing activity across the office, including:
- Managing and attending internal and external events, webinars and networking opportunities
- Supporting Partners and Fee Earners with individual and team BD plans
- Preparing tenders, proposals, credentials and presentations for new business opportunities
- Coordinating legal directory submissions
- Maintaining and updating CRM systems with key contact information
- Producing marketing materials including presentations, delegate packs and event resources
- Supporting seminars, hospitality events and client engagement activities
- Promoting firm content across social media channels
- Supporting PR opportunities and internal communications
- Recording BD meeting actions and supporting follow-up activity
- Completing wider ad hoc marketing and business development tasks

Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar Business Development or Marketing role is essential
- Experience within professional services or a law firm environment would be advantageous
- Experience supporting tenders, proposals or pitches would be desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident working with senior stakeholders, Partners and Fee Earners
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
