Business Development & Outreach Representative
Outreach Coordinator – Full-Time
Wolverhampton | Onsite
- Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
- Bonus: Potential for performance-based bonuses
About the Role
At The Big Phone Store, we specialise in recycling and refurbishing technology—including phones, parts, and full electrical recycling. Our mission is to reduce waste while helping businesses and individuals save money.
We’re looking for a confident, friendly individual to join our outreach team. This role focuses on building relationships, conducting outreach to new leads and maintaining connections with existing contacts. You’ll champion our brand, initiate conversations, and highlight the value of our services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold and warm outreach calls to businesses and individuals
- Use our CRM system to log leads, track follow-ups, and update records
- Maintain regular contact with prospects—even when immediate need isn’t expressed
- Promote our services:
- Repairs
- Recycling
- Refurbished tech
- Parts
- Develop long-term relationships to keep our brand top-of-mind
- Provide customer insights to support the marketing team

Requirements
Essential:
- Comfortable initiat[ing phone conversations] and engaging with people
- Organized, with strong lead-tracking and follow-up skills
- Willing to learn about our services (training provided)
- Strong people skills—ability to build trust incrementally
- Self-motivated and reliable for a full-time, onsite role
Nice to Have:
- Experience in sales, outreach, or customer service
- Prior experience using CRM systems
- Interest in tech, sustainability, or recycling
