About Away & Beyond Travel

Away & Beyond Travel is an international luxury travel company specialising in bespoke leisure travel, corporate travel, executive travel, incentive trips, and exclusive experiences.

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help us grow our client base and build long-lasting partnerships with businesses and high-value clients.

About the Role

This is a freelance, commission-based opportunity with complete flexibility. You'll work remotely, managing your own schedule while identifying new business opportunities and introducing clients to our premium travel services.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing new business opportunities
  • Building relationships with corporate clients, Executive Assistants, Family Offices, and luxury brands
  • Networking and generating qualified leads
  • Making introductions for Away & Beyond
  • Working closely with our travel team to onboard new clients

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • Proven business development or sales experience
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach
  • The ability to work independently
  • Fluent English speaker

Experience within luxury travel, hospitality, events, corporate services, or other relationship-driven industries is highly desirable.
