About Linc Limited
Linc Limited is a GreenTech company developing ChargeSwitch, an AI-enabled universal payment, switching and aggregation platform for electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. EvSwitch enables EV charging operators to process payments seamlessly across multiple charging networks, manage charging-session switching and aggregate operational data in real time. The platform supports the transition to low-carbon transport by removing payment fragmentation across charging networks and helping operators deliver a more seamless charging experience.
As the business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Business Development & Partnerships Manager to drive commercial growth by securing new clients, developing strategic partnerships and expanding our market presence across the UK and Europe.
Main Purpose of the Role
The Business Development & Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing and securing new commercial opportunities for the EvSwitch platform. The successful candidate will lead business development activities across EV charging operators, Charge Point Operators (CPOs), energy companies, fleet operators, mobility technology providers and strategic partners. This role has been created to support the company's next stage of growth by allowing the directors to remain focused on technology strategy, platform architecture, governance and operational delivery, while the Business Development & Partnerships Manager leads commercial expansion and revenue generation.

- Identify, approach and secure new EV charging operators, energy companies, fleet operators and mobility technology clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
