This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Professional based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients, and promoting Ninea.ai’s AI products, SaaS platforms, and digital transformation services. The Business Development Professional will conduct market research, create and deliver client presentations, collaborate with technical and product teams to shape solutions, and support the development of proposals and commercial offers. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, maintaining accurate CRM records, participating in networking events and industry forums, and providing feedback from the market to inform product and service strategies. The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handover from opportunity to delivery and to drive long-term client success.
Qualifications
- Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Experience in B2B technology or SaaS environments, preferably in AI, software development, IT consulting, or digital transformation services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions in clear business terms.
- Market research and analytical abilities to identify trends, segment opportunities, and develop go-to-market strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools, and comfort working with data to track performance and forecast revenue.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, delivery, and recruitment/talent teams.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in the UK or international technology markets; exposure to healthcare or workforce management solutions is an advantage.
