Business Development Representative
Overview
The role will involve actively analyzing and researching prospects across multiple platforms, conducting outreach through channels such as Upwork, job portals, LinkedIn, and other relevant sources. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects' pain points, pitching our services accordingly, arranging meetings and demo sessions, and participating in cold outreach activities including emails and calls to generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Research and analyze target markets to build qualified lead lists. Run outbound outreach campaigns through Email, LinkedIn, and cold calling. Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements, pain points, and goals. Present company services clearly and confidently, and prepare tailored proposals. Handle objections professionally, negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, including consistent follow-ups. Maintain accurate data in the CRM and generate basic performance and pipeline reports.

Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation are encouraged to apply. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound prospecting techniques is a plus. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets. Experience in outsourcing, staffing, or SaaS (Software as a Service) will be an added advantage.
